In this article, you will learn how to attach files to the service plans you create in Workiz.
Attachments are a great way to enhance the transparency of your services to your clients. You can attach files that help define the scope of work, payment schedules, and other relevant information to help make for a better client experience.
Workiz only supports PDF, JPEG, or PNG files. If you have text-based documents created on Microsoft Word or a similar word processor, you will need to convert them into PDF documents in order to upload them in Workiz.
In order to attach files to service plans, you will first need to enable the Service Plans add-on. To learn more about enabling the add-on, please see this article.
