In this article, you will learn about how your clients experience invoices with Workiz.
After you send your customer an invoice, they will receive an email or text message that includes your greeting message and a link to view the invoice from the Workiz customer portal. To learn more about creating and sending invoices, please see this article.
If you have already activated your Workiz Pay account, your customers will also have the ability to submit their invoice payment using a credit card from the Workiz client portal. To learn more about Workiz Pay, please see this article.
Your invoice will automatically be marked as sent after you send it to your client. You will also see a timestamp of when the invoice was sent.
You will also receive an email notification once your client has submitted their invoice payment. The invoice will also be be marked as Paid on the Invoices page. To learn more about managing and tracking invoices, please see this article.
