Service Plans is a great tool for to creating and managing recurring visits for general services or maintenance. With Service Plans, you can easily create service plan templates and subscribe your clients to those plans — not only allowing you to account for recurring work, but also ensure you are automatically getting paid on time.

Creating service plan templates
In order to create service plan templates, you will first need to enable the Service Plans feature in the Feature Center.

- From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Settings
- Under General settings, select Service Plans Manager
- Select New plan template
Plan basics and duration
- Plan name: Enter a name for this plan
- Plan description: Enter a description for this plan
- Job type: Choose the job type that should be assigned to jobs created from this plan template
- Service period: Choose the duration for this plan template (e.g., 1 year, 3 months, etc.)
- Number of visits: Choose the number of visits for this plan template
- Renew automatically: Decide whether you want this plan to renew automatically and adjust the toggle switch accordingly
- Select Next
Pricing & billing
- Plan price: Enter a price for your plan
- Billing options: Choose how often you want to receive payment for this plan template (e.g., annual, quarterly, monthly, custom, or one-time payment)

(Optional) Plan items: Add items from your price book to be included with this plan
When adding line items to your service plan template, your plan price will be replaced with the price associated with the items. To learn more about how line items affect your service plan, please see this article.
- Select Next
Pricing adjustments and attachments
- Tax: Decide whether tax should be applied to this service plan and configure it accordingly
- Member discount: Decide whether you want to offer discounts to clients enrolled in this plan
- Attachments: Attach any files you want to include for this service plan (e.g., service terms, scope of work, etc.)
- Select Next
Reviewing and creating your plan
- Review your plan details
- Select Create plan
Editing existing plan templates
The Service Plans Manager also makes it easy to edit, duplicate, or archive your existing templates.
Archiving a plan will only prevent you from subscribing future clients to this plan. Any clients already subscribed to this plan will remain subscribed until their plan expires.
Enrolling clients in service plans
