Workiz’s customer relationship management (CRM) system helps you keep a complete, clean, and organized client history. You can see your job history, past quotes, notes, invoices, and easily keep track of all payments.
How to track finances from the Clients page
From the sidebar navigation, select Clients
The Clients page will provide you with quick access into all the finances tied to your clients, including:
The amount of money due
The amount of money past due
The number of estimates currently pending
You can select any one of these widgets to gain a better understanding of who owes you money, as well as the specific estimates that have yet to be approved by your clients.
This page also allows you to filter your clients based on specific tags you’ve created and assigned in the past.
For a closer look at the details associated with a specific client — including contact info, addresses, and invoice history — select that client to access their profile page. To learn more about navigating through a client’s profile page, please see this article.
