Workiz Pay is Workiz’s solution that allows you to collect online payments while out on the field. To learn more about Workiz Pay, please see this article.

What is a payout?

In Workiz Pay, a payout is how money gets transferred from your Workiz Pay account to your business bank account. When you charge your clients using Workiz Pay, the money will first be deposited into your Workiz Pay account. It will then need to be paid out from your Workiz Pay account to your business bank account so that you have access to the funds.

How often are payouts processed?

It will take approximately 7-10 business days for your first payout to be processed.

After the first payout, all future payouts will be processed on a two-day rolling period (i.e., any funds you collect on Monday would reach your bank account on Wednesday). Depending on your bank, it may also take an additional 24 hours for payouts to reach your bank account.

How to initiate payouts

Payouts are initiated automatically. You do not need to do anything to initiate payouts from your Workiz Pay account to your business bank account.

Viewing payout information

Once your Workiz Pay account has been activated, you will be given access to the Workiz Pay dashboard, which includes all the information you’ll need regarding your payouts.

  1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Settings

  2. Under Integrations, select Online Payments

  3. Select the Payouts tab

  4. Review the Payouts table to find important information regarding your payouts

How to see where Workiz Pay funds are being paid out to

  1. From the My account tab on your Workiz Pay dashboard, review the bank account listed under Bank information

    IMPORTANT: Changing your bank account with Workiz Pay will temporarily delay future payouts by 5–7 days. You will still be able to collect payments from your clients while we verify your request.
