Yelp is one of the most popular platforms for consumers looking for local home service businesses like yours. Every day, potential customers search Yelp for the services they need and are connected directly with businesses that can help get the job done.
How the Yelp integration works
Workiz integrates directly with Yelp, helping you respond to new leads faster and stay one step ahead of the competition.
Once connected, Yelp leads are automatically delivered to your Workiz Message Center, so you can review the request and reply to prospective customers without switching between platforms. Your Message Center displays the key details you need to evaluate each opportunity, and all communication with the prospect stays organized in one place.
When you’re ready to move forward, you can convert the Yelp lead into a lead or job directly from the Message Center. Workiz automatically populates the information provided through Yelp, eliminating duplicate data entry. Any additional details from the Yelp request are included in the job description, giving you all the context you need to get started.
Tracking your Yelp revenue
After enabling the integration, any jobs/leads created directly from a Yelp lead will automatically be assigned an ad group of Yelp. Once that job is invoiced, the associated revenue is tracked against Yelp on all of your reporting — giving you a clear, ongoing picture of your return on investment from your Yelp account.

From the navigation bar, select the Feature Center
Not seeing the Feature Center icon in the navigation bar? You may not have the correct permissions set for your user.
Please contact your account admin and ask them to turn on the Account Settings permission for your user type from the Roles & Permissions settings page.
- Under Integrations, select Yelp
- Turn the toggle switch on/off to enable/disable the add-on
- Select Connect Yelp
- Connect your Yelp account
After connecting, leads from Yelp will start appearing in your Message Center. You will be alerted of a new Yelp lead like any other message that reaches your Workiz inbox. You can begin replying to clients and adding jobs right away.
