In this article, you will learn how to use the franchise reporting dashboard to gain advanced insights into the performance of your sub-accounts.

Monitoring sub-location performance from a centralized dashboard helps franchise HQs identify trends, compare location performance, maintain operational consistency, and make more informed business decisions across the organization.

Access requirements

The advanced BI dashboard is available only to franchise accounts with at least five sub-locations. Franchise setups with fewer than five sub-locations can use the standard franchise report to monitor performance.

Monitoring sub-account performance

To access the franchise dashboard:

  1. From the sidebar menu, select BI Dashboard

The BI dashboard gives franchise HQs a centralized way to monitor and compare performance across all sub-accounts from a single reporting experience.

Using advanced filters, you can analyze data by:

  • Date range
  • Specific franchise locations
  • Job types

You can also view performance trends over an 18-month period to better understand long-term business growth and operational patterns.

Available insights include:

  • Closed sales and booked revenue
  • Average collected revenue
  • Lead conversion performance
  • Estimate won vs. lost rates
  • Unpaid invoice status and aging
  • Performance breakdowns by location, service area, job type, and ad source
  • Call performance across locations, individual reps, and marketing channels

These insights can help franchise HQs identify high-performing locations, uncover operational inconsistencies, monitor marketing effectiveness, and make more informed business decisions across the organization.
