Updating the payment method for franchise sub-accounts

In this article, you will learn how to update the payment method for your sub-account subscriptions in Workiz.

Managing payment methods at the HQ level helps streamline billing across your franchise. It ensures all sub-account subscriptions are handled in one place, reducing manual work and keeping payments consistent.

Updating subscription payment details for sub-accounts

  1. From the sidebar menu, select Franchises
  2. Select Update payment method

  3. Enter the card details

  4. Select the sub-accounts you want to update this payment for
  5. Select Save

Changes to the payment method for sub-accounts will apply on all future billing cycles for the sub-accounts selected.
