In this article, you will learn how to remove sub-accounts from you franchise account.
If a location is no longer part of your franchise, you can remove it as a sub-account. This will disconnect it from your HQ account while allowing it to continue operating independently.
- From the sidebar menu, select Franchises
- Select the sub-account you want to remove
Select Delete sub-account
This will simply remove the connection between your main HQ account and the sub-account. It will not delete the sub-account or cancel its subscription.
