In this article, you will learn how to invite new sub-accounts to join your Workiz franchise account.
Whether you’re managing two locations or two dozen, Workiz scales with your business. The Franchises add-on helps you maintain consistency, monitor performance, and support new locations without adding operational complexity.
Adding sub-accounts to your franchise setup
Before you can invite accounts to join your franchise account, you will need to enable the Franchises tool in the Feature Center. To learn more about enabling this capability, please see this article.
New sub-accounts can be added to your franchise account in just a few minutes.
- From the sidebar menu, select Franchises
- Select Add sub-account
Enter the email address of the account you are adding
This email address must associated with an existing Workiz account. This invitation will not create a new account.
- Select Send
What your sub-account admin will see
The admin of the sub-account you invited to join your franchise account will receive an email invitation to connect their existing Workiz account to your HQ account.
After connecting a sub-account
Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you of the connection.
After connecting, the location will appear in your list of franchise accounts. You'll see the account email, name, subscription status, and invitation status.
