Sending completed checklists to clients

In this article, you will learn how to send completed checklists to your clients.

Checklists is a Feature Center tool that allows you to create customizable checklist templates to standardize your workflow and make sure nothing gets missed. Each template can include a variety of field types to capture exactly what you need, such as checkboxes, single/multi-select, pass/flag/fail, file uploads, and more. 

After completing a checklist, you can easily send the checklist to your client. Please note that checklists can only be sent when they have been submitted. 

How to send completed checklists to clients

  1. From the web app, open the job containing the completed checklist
  2. Select the Checklists tab
  3. Next to the checklist you want to export, select the send icon

  4. At the top of the pane, select Via email or Via SMS
  5. Select Send email/text

What your customers will see

Clients will receive a message with a PDF of the checklist. This system-generated document is not editable and automatically includes your logo, business address, and service details.
