In this article, you will learn how to allow your customers to see estimates for done jobs in the client portal.
By default, estimates may not be visible once a job is marked as done. Enabling this setting allows customers to revisit their estimates in the client portal — making it easier to review details, reference past work, and keep a record of completed services.
- From the top navigation bar, select your profile icon > Settings
- Under General settings, select Estimates
- Adjust the toggle for Allow customers to view estimates for done jobs
- Enabled: Estimates will remain visible in the client portal forever
- Disabled: Estimates will disappear from the client portal after a job is marked done
