Letting customers see past estimates for done jobs

In this article, you will learn how to allow your customers to see estimates for done jobs in the client portal.

By default, estimates may not be visible once a job is marked as done. Enabling this setting allows customers to revisit their estimates in the client portal — making it easier to review details, reference past work, and keep a record of completed services.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select your profile icon > Settings
  2. Under General settings, select Estimates
  3. Adjust the toggle for Allow customers to view estimates for done jobs

    1. Enabled: Estimates will remain visible in the client portal forever
    2. Disabled: Estimates will disappear from the client portal after a job is marked done
