Workiz uses Canny to collect and manage feature requests from our users. We’re always looking for feedback and new ideas to help improve the platform and ensure it continues to meet the needs of service pros like you.
Discovering new tools in the Feature Center
Before requesting a new feature, please make sure that Workiz doesn’t already offer what you’re looking for. You can do this by first visiting the Feature Center in your Workiz account to explore the tools and add-ons currently available. Many features can be activated directly from there — no request needed.

Requesting new features in Canny
If you don’t find the functionality you’re looking for, head over to Canny, our feature request portal. There, you can browse existing requests to see if another user has already suggested a similar idea. If you find a matching post, we encourage you to upvote it and leave a comment with any additional details about your use case. This helps our product team better understand how widely a feature is needed and which improvements are most valuable to service pros like you.
If you don’t see your idea listed, you can always create a new post in Canny to share your feature request directly with the Workiz team.
