In this article, you will learn how to set up your Genius Answering AI agent to speak Spanish and/or French.
Offering support in Spanish and French helps you better serve your clients and build stronger connections. With Genius Answering, enabling Spanish or French is quick and seamless — your AI agent can automatically detect when a client speaks or requests one of those languages and switch instantly.
Enabling Spanish and French in Genius Answering
- From the sidebar menu, select Genius AI
- Select Configure
- Select Voice & tone
- Check the box for Spanish support and/or French support
- Select Save
Your AI agent will now automatically offer to switch to Spanish or French whenever a client speaks or requests it.
Regardless of which voice you select (e.g., Jessica, Mike, Lori, Bill), when Genius Answering switches to Spanish or French, it will always use a version of Jessica.
