In this article, you will learn how to connect your Workiz account to Dispatch.me, allowing you to generate more leads.
The Dispatch.me integration allows you to seamlessly receive work from Dispatch directly into your Workiz account as jobs or leads. This ensures all your incoming work is centralized in one place, helping you stay organized, respond faster, and keep your team on track without switching between platforms.
Connecting Workiz and Dispatch.me
In order to connect Workiz and Dispatch.me, you will need to have an existing account with Dispatch.me.
- From the top navigation bar, select the Feature Center
- Select Dispatch.me
- Select Get started

Enter your business details to request a connection between your Workiz and Dispatch.me accounts (e.g., business name, business email, phone number, etc.)
Make sure the details you enter match your Dispatch.me account exactly. If there are any differences, the Dispatch team won’t be able to complete the connection.
- Check the box to authorize the sharing of your account details with Dispatch.me
- Select Send request
It may take a few hours for the Dispatch team to review your request. Workiz will send you an email once your request has been approved. The status within the Feature Center page will also change to reflect that your accounts have been connected.
Receiving leads from Dispatch.me
After your accounts have been connected, you will begin receiving leads from Dispatch.me right to your Workiz Message Center.
Messages from Dispatch.me will be clearly marked with the Dispatch logo, making them easy to identify in your inbox. Each thread will display the potential client’s name, along with their associated brand (e.g., Carrier or Trane), so you know exactly who the request is coming from and can respond accordingly.
When viewing these messages in the Message Center, you will see the option to add a new job or lead.
- From the top navigation bar, select the Message Center
- Select a message from Dispatch.me
- Review the request and select Add job or Add lead

Fill in any missing details (e.g., job type, assigned tech, etc.)
Workiz will automatically set Dispatch.me as the ad source for any job or lead it creates, making it easy to track the revenue you’ve generated through the integration.
- Create your new job/lead
Enabling the Dispatch.me integration will also turn on the Leads add-on, since Dispatch.me work can be created as jobs or leads in Workiz.
Communicating status updates with Dispatch.me
Workiz automatically sends job status updates back to Dispatch.me, keeping brands informed of key milestones throughout the job lifecycle.

Tracking your Dispatch.me revenue in Workiz
Workiz makes it easy to determine how much revenue you’re generating from Dispatch.me referrals.
This is done using the Job Statistics report, which allows you to track key metrics — such as jobs booked, total profit, average profit, and more — all broken down by ad source. Since Workiz automatically tags Dispatch.me as the ad source for incoming jobs or leads, you’ll have a clear view of performance at a glance.

Disconnecting Workiz from Dispatch.me
If you no longer want to receive Dispatch leads within Workiz, you can disconnect your accounts in just a few steps.
- From the top navigation bar, select the Feature Center
- Select Dispatch.me
- Select Disconnect

Select Yes, disconnect
Reconnecting later will require a new request, which can take a few hours to be approved.
