Price Book Pro gives your team access to pre-built flat rates and material costs, helping you create accurate, professional quotes in just a few taps. Whether you’re building an estimate, completing a job, or sending an invoice, your catalogs make it easy to stay consistent and profitable.
Accessing Price Book Pro out in the field
Price Book Pro on web (desktop)
- Open the job you want to add items to
- Select the Items tab
- Select Price book
- Select the catalog-managed parent category (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical)
- Navigate Price Book Pro to find the items and/or services you want to add
- Select Add to job
Price Book Pro on mobile
Price Book Pro is also available on the Workiz mobile app, giving you easy access to an updated catalog on the go.
- From the mobile app, open the job you want to add items to
- Select the Finance tab
- Next to Items, select Add item
- Select the catalog-managed parent category (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical)
- Select the item or service you want to add
- Adjust the quantity and select Add to job
