Issuing new Workiz Expense Cards for your team

In this article, you will learn how to issue new Workiz Expense Cards for your team members. 

Workiz Expense Cards give you access to a line of credit that you can use to support your business’s day-to-day operations. Workiz Expense Cards come at no cost to your business — no fees, no interest, and no impact on your credit score.

Workiz Expense Card is designed to easily control and track employee spending. New cards can be created and issued to team members in minutes, giving them instant access to the funds they need to keep your business running smoothly.

Issuing a new card

  1. From the sidebar menu, select Workiz Pay
  2. Select Expense card
  3. Select Manage cards
  4. Select Create
  5. Enter the card details:

    1. Cardholder details
    2. Card settings (e.g., budget limit, spend restriction)
    3. Shipping information (physical cards only)
    4. Select Create 
  6. Verify the request via one-time passcode

Your Workiz Expense Card should be available shortly after creating it and issuing it to a team member. You can use the card details to make purchases online or add them to your digital wallet for in-store, contactless payments.

Ordering a physical card

You also have the option of ordering a physical card when first creating the card. Be sure to check the box for "Ship a physical card" and provide the required shipping details.

Physical cards are delivered in 5–7 business days. 

Want to order a physical card for an existing virtual card?

Please contact the CapitalOS support team:

  1.  From the sidebar menu, select Workiz Pay
  2. Select Expense card
  3. Select More > Contact card support
  4. Submit your contact request
