In this article, you will learn how to use Workiz Phone during potential system outages.

Even during a system outage, Workiz Phone may remain fully functional if the issue doesn’t impact our phone infrastructure. This means you can still make and receive calls, helping your team stay connected with clients and avoid communication delays.

Open dialer

The dialer will open in a separate browser tab. If you are not logged in to Workiz, you will be asked to provide your username and password to access the dialer.
