In this article, you will learn how to update the email address you use to log in to Workiz.
Only team members with user settings permissions can update login emails — whether it’s their own or another team member’s.
- From the top navigation bar, select you profile icon > Manage team
Not seeing this option in the menu? This is only available to users with the "User settings" permission enabled for their role. Please contact your admin for assistance.
- Select the user whose email you want to update
- Under User details, update the Email field
- Select Yes, make change to confirm the changes
You or your team member will receive a password reset link via email. They will need to update their password in order to complete the changes.
