Updating your Workiz login email

In this article, you will learn how to update the email address you use to log in to Workiz.

Only team members with user settings permissions can update login emails — whether it’s their own or another team member’s.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select you profile icon > Manage team

    Not seeing this option in the menu? This is only available to users with the "User settings" permission enabled for their role. Please contact your admin for assistance.

  2. Select the user whose email you want to update
  3. Under User details, update the Email field

  4. Select Yes, make change to confirm the changes

You or your team member will receive a password reset link via email. They will need to update their password in order to complete the changes.
