In this article, you will learn how to add reusable JB Warranties items to your Workiz price book.
With this integration, you can seamlessly create warranties directly from Workiz, ensuring a smooth, connected experience across both platforms. Once connected, a warranty agreement will be generated in JB360 whenever a warranty is sold as a line item in Workiz.
To sync properly, warranty line items in your Workiz price book must include the warranty plan SKUs provided by JB Warranties. This guide will walk you through where to find your warranty plan SKUs and how to set up warranty items in your Workiz price book.
