Creating email signatures for your team

How to create an email signature

With our signature builder, you can format your signature exactly how you want using bold, italics, underlining, and more. Add headers, bullet points, or even hyperlinks to your website for a polished, branded look. Plus, you can easily include images, like your company logo, for added customization.

  1. From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Manage team
  2. Select the user you want to create a signature for
  3. Select the Advanced tab
  4. Under User signature, create the signature

    Adding a hyperlink to your email signature? Make sure to include "https://" at the beginning of your URL.

  5. Select Save

How your signature will appear

Signatures will appear in emails when sending estimates, invoices, and other documents in Workiz. It will automatically be placed at the end of these emails, underneath the button to view the document being sent.
