In this article, you will learn how to manage the unselected estimates in sales proposals.
Sales Proposals — commonly known as “good, better, best” — is available as a Feature Center add-on that allows you to present your clients with multiple estimates in a clear and simple way. Sales proposals are designed to help your customers understand the different options your company offers for a particular service, and allow them to choose the one that makes the most sense for their needs and budget.
When a client chooses one of the estimates you provided in your sales proposal, you have the option of displaying or hiding the unselected estimates in the client portal.
How to manage unselected estimates
- From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Settings
- Under Job settings, select Sales Proposals Manager
- Under Unselected options, turn the toggle switch on/off for Show on client portal to display/hide the unselected estimates in your proposal
- Enabled: Unselected estimates will be shown in the client portal
- Disabled: Unselected estimates will be hidden in the client portal

Only the approved estimate will be visible to your client.

All estimates from the proposal will be displayed for your client to see.
