In this article, you will learn how to log in and out of Workiz.
Logging in
Logging in to Workiz will require you to enter your username and password. Workiz also allows you to log in using third-party authentication via Google or Facebook.
To create a more secure experience, Workiz also allows you to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). You'll be required to enter a one-time passcode texted to your phone when logging in. To learn more about setting up 2FA, please see this article.
On the web app (desktop)
- From your web browser, go to app.workiz.com
- Enter your username and password and select Log in
- (Optional) Enter your one-time passcode
On the mobile app
- From your mobile device, open the app marketplace (e.g., App Store, Google Play Store)
- Download the Workiz mobile app
- After downloading, open the Workiz mobile app
- Enter your username and password and select Log in
- (Optional) Enter your one-time passcode
Logging out
On the web app (desktop)
- From the top navigation bar, select the profile/gear icon > Log out
On the mobile app
- In the upper-left corner of your screen, select the bars icon () > Log out
Not seeing the three bars in the upper-left corner? You may be viewing a job, estimate, or invoice. To access this menu, please go back to your Home dashboard.
