In this article, you will learn how to edit, archive, and duplicate your Performance Pay commission rules.
Performance Pay is Workiz’s easy-to-use solution for incentivizing and rewarding your team based on their performance metrics. With Performance Pay, you can create custom commission rules that specify how your team is rewarded for their achievements. You can set up rewards for upselling line items on a job, completing a job, and even creating a job.
Accessing your commission rules
- From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Settings
- Under Job settings, select Performance Pay
- Choose the action you want to perform:
- Edit: Make changes to an existing commission rule (e.g., add conditions, change the commission rate, etc.)
- Archive: Disable your commission rule to prevent it from triggering in the future
To maintain the integrity of your historical data, commission rules can only be archived, not deleted.
- Duplicate: Make a copy of your commission rule
Duplicating a commission rule will only duplicate the rule itself. It will not duplicate the team members who were assigned to the original rule.
