Referring friends to Workiz is a win-win for both you and your friend: You both get $100 gift cards if they book and attend a demo. And it doesn’t stop there: If they sign up for a Workiz subscription, you get an extra $300 gift card and they get two months free when signing up for an annual billing plan.
How to refer a friend
Referring a friend is easy and can be done in just a few steps:
- From the navigation bar, select the profile icon
- Select the referral banner at the bottom
- Select Refer & earn!
- Refer your friend by by sharing the referral link OR completing and submitting the referral form
When you'll get paid
When you receive your gift card depends on the reward type (e.g., demo reward vs. sign-up reward) and your friend’s chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly billing vs. annual billing).
Demo reward ($100 gift card)
To qualify for the $100 demo reward, your friend must book and attend a demo meeting with a Workiz representative. You and your friend will receive the gift cards within 30 days after the demo.
Sign-up reward ($300 gift card)
To qualify for the $300 sign-up reward, your friend must enroll in a monthly or annual subscription with Workiz. When you receive the reward will vary depending on whether your friend signs up for monthly or annual billing.
Monthly subscriptions
Friends who enroll in a monthly billing plan must remain enrolled for 90 days. You will receive a gift card shortly after their first 90 days of enrollment.
Annual subscriptions
Friends who enroll in an annual billing plan must remain enrolled for 30 days. You will receive a gift card shortly after their first 30 days of enrollment.
Referral limitations
Each referrer is entitled to a lifetime maximum of five demo rewards. Any additional referrals beyond the first five will not be eligible for the demo rewards of $100. However, additional referrals beyond the first five may still qualify for the $300 reward for signing up.
