Accessing your Workiz billing and subscription history

In this article, you will learn where to find a breakdown of your billing charges and history.

The Billing & Subscription page gives you a complete view of your account's plans, usage, and billing details all in one place.

From this page, you can:

  • View your subscriptions
    See all active products, plans, pricing, billing cycles, and upcoming renewal dates
  • Understand plan details
    Review plan tiers, add-ons, usage (e.g., per-user pricing)
  • Access billing history
    Find past invoices and payment activity
  • Track upcoming charges
    See your next billing date and total amount due
  • Manage your payment method
    Quickly view and update your saved payment details

Reviewing your subscription breakdown

Your Workiz account may include multiple subscriptions, each priced separately as add-ons. The overview tab makes it easy to see the charges associated with each one.

For products like your Workiz plan, phone plan, and Genius Answering plan, you can expand each plan to view usage details such as available seats, minutes, conversations used, and more.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select your profile icon > Billing
  2. Review the information provided in the Overview tab

Accessing your billing history

Workiz also provides a dedicated billing page where you can easily access a detailed record of all charges and fees. This page offers an itemized breakdown of all charges billed to your business by Workiz. You'll be able to find a list of:

  • Subscription fees 
  • On-demand phone fees
  • Dispute fees
  • Failed bank transfer (ACH) fees

To access billing history:

  1. From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Billing
  2. Select Billing history
  3. Find the billing item you want to view and select View or Download

    Not seeing the billing item you're looking for? Try adjusting date range selector.
