Starting June 2024, Workiz started releasing the updated navigation design to beta users. The changes will be rolled out in phases to all accounts over the coming months.
Why we made the changes
Like all new features released by Workiz, the updates to the navigation design were crafted with our users in mind. These changes enhance your experience by streamlining daily workflows and simplifying navigation, making it faster and easier to find exactly what you need.
What's new
New navigation bar
The navigation bar has been updated to have a more streamlined look and feel.
Here are a few things you may notice:

A new profile icon The gear icon has been replaced by a more intuitive profile icon featuring your initials. This menu still includes all of the useful options you've used in the past. (e.g., account, billing, settings pages). |

Snapshot of your notifications Message notifications will now appear in the upper-right corner of your screen. Multiple messages will be stacked automatically. Simply click the top message to expand and view the entire list of threads. |

The "Marketplace" is now the "Feature Center" More changes to come in future updates, but all you need to know for now is that there's a new icon to make it easier for you to find all the extra features you can add to enhance your Workiz experience. |

Dedicated help center button Enjoy quicker access to Workiz's comprehensive collection of help articles, empowering you to quickly master the tools you need to excel. |
New sidebar menu
The new sidebar menu has been redesigned to make it easier for you to find the tabs you're looking for.
Here are a few things you may notice:

Grouped tabs Tabs are now grouped into a few different sections, allowing you to quickly navigate between features and access related tools more efficiently. |

Easily access your features You'll also have quicker access to many of the features you've enabled from the Feature Center. Instead of accessing these pages from the settings menu like before, you can easily find them at the bottom of your sidebar menu under the "My features" section. |

Discover new features built for you Workiz will also recommend features specifically designed around your business, giving you quick access to turn on features capable of taking your business to the next level. |

An easier way to get home With the new Home tab, you'll never be more than one click away from getting back to your Workiz dashboard so you can easily get a sense of how your business is performing. |
Not interested in seeing the "My features" or "Recommended" tabs? These tabs can be easily collapsed to clear up space and streamline your sidebar menu.
