In this article, you will learn how to delete a client in Workiz.
Deleting a client in Workiz is simple, but strongly discouraged. Deleting a client will result in the loss of all of the data linked to that client, which may be valuable to you at some point in the future.
How to delete a client
- From the sidebar navigation, select Clients
- Select the client profile you want to delete
- Select Actions > Delete client
- Select Yes, delete it
If you have any active or future jobs, estimates, or invoices linked to this client, you will be prompted to delete those items before you can delete this client.
All of the jobs, estimates, and invoices are accessible from the client profile page.
