Disabling a user from your team

In this article, you will learn how to disable a user from your Workiz account.

If one of your team members is no longer working for your company, you can easily disable their user account. This will prevent them from logging in to your Workiz account and ensure you do not mistakenly assign a job to somebody who is no longer on your team.

Disabling a user

To maintain the integrity of your historical data, users cannot be permanently deleted from your account. However, you can disable them to prevent them from logging into your Workiz account. Disabled users will also no longer appear as an option when assigning jobs.

  1. From the navigation bar, select the profile iconManage team
  2. Select the user you want to disable
  3. Select Actions Disable user

This user will be disabled. To restore this user, you can filter by disabled users and follow a similar process as described above.
