In this article, you will learn how to remove price details from work orders in Workiz.

By default, the work orders you create in Workiz will automatically include the financial details, among other pieces of information. But for various reasons, you may want to remove these details from your work orders.

Removing these details can be done in just a few steps.

How to remove pricing info from documents

1. From the navigation bar, select the profile/gear icon> Settings
2. Under General Settings, select Documents
   
   
3. Select Work order
4. Select Email options
   
   
5. Under What can my clients see?, uncheck the following:
   
   
   1. Price
   2. Line total
   3. Order total
6. Select Save

Your work orders will no longer feature the price, price per item, or the order total.
