Setting your business hours in Workiz will allow you to limit the times you have in your schedule availability.
This article will focus on two different business schedules: 24-7 schedules and custom schedules.
Setting your business hours: 24/7 hours
Your Workiz account will be set to a 24-7 schedule by default. If your business operates under a 24-7 schedule, you do not need to make any changes to your business hours.
Setting your business hours: Custom hours
- From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Settings
- Under General settings, select Schedule settings
- Under Business hours, select Set your hours to expand the business hours editor
- Adjust your business hours as desired
- Select Save
