In this article, you will learn how to update your call greeting and voicemail messages.
Workiz allows you to customize the messages your clients hear during incoming calls through the call flow builder. In order to update the messages for your call greeting and voicemail, you must already have an existing call flow.

Accessing your call flow
- From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Settings
- Under Calls & Texts, select Call flows
- Next to the call flow you want to edit, select the pencil icon ( )
Updating your call greeting message
- On the left side of your call flow, select Greeting
- Customize your greeting message:
- Select Text-to-speech or MP3 and update your greeting
- Select Save
- Select Save call flow
Updating your voicemail messages
- On the left side of your call flow, select Voicemail
- Customize the voicemail message callers will hear when calls are missed during open hours:
- Select Text-to-speech or MP3 and update your greeting
- Select Save
- On the right side of your call flow, select Voicemail
- Customize the voicemail message callers will hear when calls are missed during closed hours:
- Select Text-to-speech or MP3 and update your greeting
- Select Save
- Select Save call flow
