How to change your Workiz Pay bank account

  • Updated

In this article, you will learn how to change the bank account you have linked to your Workiz Pay account.

When signing up for Workiz Pay, you will be asked to connect your business bank account to your Workiz Pay account.

If you need to make any changes, editing the bank account you have linked to your Workiz Pay account is simple.

Changing your Workiz Pay bank account

  • Changing your bank account with Workiz Pay will delay your next payout by 7–10 business days. You will still be able to collect payments from your clients while we verify your request.
  • The bank account you use for Workiz Pay must be under your legal business name as seen on official tax documents (i.e., SS-4). Attempting to change your Workiz Pay-connected bank account to one that is not under your legal business name may prolong the delay of your next payout beyond the default timeline detailed above.
  1. From the sidebar menu, select Workiz Pay
  2. From the Workiz Pay dashboard, select the My account tab
  3. Under Standard payouts, select Edit
