In this article, you will learn how to easily book jobs and create leads scheduled in your Booking Services portal.
Workiz allows you to seamlessly take appointments scheduled from the booking portal and move them into your Workiz account as jobs or leads.
Once your customer completes the booking form on your company page, a notification will be sent to your Message Center.
Please be aware that booking requests from your booking portal are just that — requests. These booking requests are not automatically added to your schedule. You need to view the request from your Message Center and manually approve it by adding it as a job or lead for it to appear on your schedule.
If the request is coming from a new client not already saved in your Workiz account, a new client profile will be created once the request is submitted from the portal.
Creating jobs from booking requests
- From the navigation bar, select the Message Center
- Open the message you received via Online Booking
- Review the job details and select Add job or Add Lead
- Review the details of the New job page and select Submit
