In this article, you will learn how to easily book jobs and create leads scheduled in your Booking Services portal.
Workiz allows you to seamlessly take appointments scheduled from the booking portal and move them into your Workiz account as jobs or leads.
Once your customer completes the booking form on your company page, a notification will be sent to your Message Center.
With Workiz online booking, you will have the option of automatically creating new jobs from booking requests, or requiring admin approval in order to add the request as a new job or lead. To learn more about automatically creating jobs from booking requests, please see this article.
Creating jobs from booking requests
If you opted against automatically adding booking requests as new jobs, you can manually add it as a new job or lead with just a few clicks.
- From the navigation bar, select the Message Center
- Open the message you received via Online Booking
- Review the job details and select Add job or Add Lead
Not seeing the option to add a lead? This could be because your booking page includes line items. Leads cannot contain line items, so your only option is to create a job. To enable the ability to create leads from booking requests, simply remove the items from your booking page.
- Review the details of the New job page and select Submit
