The Message Center is your all-in-one hub for business communications, allowing you to not only contact your clients or team members via text message, but also via email.
Sending emails from the Message Center
In order to send an email from the Message Center, you must have an email address listed on file for that contact.
- From the navigation bar, select the Message Center
- Select the contact you want to send an email to
- Enter your email message into the message field
- Next to Send Text, select > Email
Your message will reach your client's email inbox. Any replies will automatically be sent to your Message Center.
