The Message Center is your all-in-one hub for business communications, allowing you to contact your clients or team members via text message and email. You can also easily forward messages to keep everyone in the loop.

Forwarding messages

1. From the navigation bar, select the Message Center
2. Select the conversation you want to forward a message from
3. From the conversation window, select the forward icon for the specific message
   
4. Enter a phone number or email address for the recipient
5. Select Send
