How to change where your calls are forwarded to

In this article, you will learn how to update the phone number your Workiz Phone calls are being forwarded to.

In Workiz, call forwarding is a feature built into call flows. When signing up for a Workiz account, you will automatically receive a Workiz Phone number, as well as a call flow that forwards calls from your Workiz number to your softphone.

Changing where your calls are forwarded to can be done in just a few steps.

Changing where your calls are being forwarded to

  1. From the navigation bar, select the gear icon ( ) > Settings
  2. Under Calls & Texts, select Call flows
  3. Next to the call flow you want to edit, select the pencil icon ( )
  4. Edit the flow name to reflect the changes you want to make (e.g., change from Forward to Person A to Forward to Person B)
  5. Select Save
  6. On the left side of your call flow, select Forward

  7. Select the specific user or group that should receive the forwarded calls
  8. Select Save
  9. Select Save call flow
