After you send your customer an estimate, they will receive an email or text message that includes your greeting message and a link to view the estimate from the Workiz client portal. To learn more about creating and sending estimates, please see this article.
If you have already activated your Workiz Pay account and you decide to request a deposit, your customers will also have the ability to submit their deposit payment using a credit card from the Workiz client portal. To learn more about Workiz Pay, please see this article.
Your estimate will automatically be marked as Pending after you send it to your client.
