In this article, you will learn how to create and send estimates using the Workiz mobile app.
Creating an estimate
There are two ways to create estimates on the mobile app: from a job and standalone estimates. Your role and/or permissions may determine how you can create estimates.
From a job
- Open the job you want to create an estimate from
- Select the Finance tab
- Next to Estimates, select the plus icon ( )
- Next to Items, select the plus icon ( )
- Add an item from your price book or items list
To add items from your price book, you will first need to set up item categories on the web app.

Standalone estimates
- From your homepage, select the plus icon ( ) > Estimate
- Select or create the client you want to create an estimate for
- Next to Items, select the plus icon ( )
- Add an item from your price book or items list

Sending an estimate
- From the estimate page, select Send to client
- Send your estimate
