Workiz Pay is a fast, simple, and secure online payment solution that enables you to collect credit card payments from your customers while on the job.

In order for your team members to collect payments out in the field, you will need to complete a few steps.

Activating Workiz Pay

In order to start charging credit cards, you will first need to activate Workiz Pay. To learn more about creating a Workiz Pay account, please see this article.

Allowing techs to charge credit cards

1. From the navigation bar, select the profile icon > Settings
2. Under Users & roles, select Roles & permissions
   
3. Select Tech
4. Verify the following permissions are enabled:
   1. Charge credit cards
   2. Financial data

Your field techs will now be able to collect payments while on the job site.
