In order to be compliant with the various protocols designed for business communications within North America, you may need to verify your phone number using different registration forms.

A2P 10DLC | For businesses with local phone numbers that want to send text messages to consumers in the US.
Beginning September 2023, failing to register will result in text messages being undelivered to recipients.

Free Caller Registry | For businesses with phone numbers that have been designated illegitimate business numbers due to a history of spam-like activity (i.e., a high volume of unanswered calls and/or short call durations).
