In this article, you will learn how to generate and send custom documents using the Workiz mobile app.
Your Workiz account will automatically come with three document templates that you can send to your clients: estimates, invoices, and work orders.
While these documents can be customized to fit your business’s needs, you can also use the Custom Documents add-on to create custom documents from scratch to be used for different purposes.
You can easily send these documents to your clients using the Workiz mobile app.
How to generate and send custom documents
Note: In order to generate a custom document from a job, you will first need to enable the add-on and create a custom document template using the Custom Documents add-on.

From the mobile app, open the job you want to generate a custom document for
Select the Finance tab
Next to Documents, select the + icon
Select the custom document you want to generate
Select the kebab menu (three vertical dots) icon > Send document
Complete the required fields and select Send
