In this article, you will learn how to migrate to the new Booking Services, allowing you to use all of the powerful new tools that come with it.

Tip: This is a free update available to all customers already using the previous version of Online Booking.

With the new Booking Services, you’ll be able to:

  • Request payments (full or partial deposit)

  • Allow clients to select specific items

  • Provide clients with a modern online booking experience

How to upgrade to the new Booking Services

  1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Settings

  2. Under Integrations, select Online Booking

  3. At the top of the Online Booking settings page, select Click here to upgrade

    IMPORTANT: After updating, your booking portal will receive a new embed code and URL. To continue providing your clients with the ability to book online, you will need to update the embed code on your website and URLs where they have been previously shared.

Workiz will automatically upgrade your booking portal from the old version to the new version for free, transferring all of your existing information to ensure the new portal is ready to go.
