In this article, you will learn how to use and create and use quick replies in the Workiz Message Center.

Creating quick replies is a great way to save yourself time. Instead of writing the same messages over and over again, you can simply create a template message that you can send with just a few clicks.

Creating a quick reply

  1. From the navigation bar, select the Message Center

  2. Open a message thread

  3. Above the text-editing field, select More replies

  4. Select New template

  5. Create your quick reply template as desired

    1. Template title: Enter a title for this quick reply template

    2. Template body: Enter the message for this quick reply template

      Tip: You can use a handful of short code options to create placeholders for information like a client’s name or your booking link using the {...} icon on the right.

    3. Select Save and close

You can select one of your templates to quickly create the message. The short code options will automatically generate the correct information (e.g., client’s name, billing address, etc.) based on the stored information relating to the conversation.
