How to change your Workiz Pay bank account

In this article, you will learn how to change the bank account you have linked to your Workiz Pay account.

When signing up for Workiz Pay, you will be asked to connect your business bank account to your Workiz Pay account.

If you need to make any changes, editing the bank account you have linked to your Workiz Pay account is simple.

Changing your Workiz Pay bank account

IMPORTANT: Changing your bank account with Workiz Pay will delay your next payout by 7–10 business days. You will still be able to collect payments from your clients while we verify your request.

  1. From the sidebar navigation, select Workiz Pay

  2. From the Workiz Pay dashboard, select the My account tab

  3. Under Bank information, select Edit next to your bank account

  4. Enter your Workiz account password and select Continue

  5. Complete the Bank details fields:

    1. Routing number: Enter the routing number associated with your business bank account

    1. Account number: Enter the account number associated with your business bank account

    1. Retype account number: Re-enter the account number associated with your business bank account.

    2. Select Save Changes
