Learn how to enable call recording with Workiz Phone.

In this article, you will learn how to enable call recording while using Workiz Phone.

Workiz Phone is a one-of-a-kind phone system built right into the software that was designed with service businesses in mind. It allows you to answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls with just one click. It also allows you to record calls that take place between your team and your clients.

Call recording is set up by default when using the Workiz dialer, but Workiz includes a few additional features to ensure that every call your company encounters is logged and recorded: Call flows and call masking.

Enabling call recording for call flows

  1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Settings

  2. Under Calls & Texts, select Call Flows

  3. Select the call flow you want to enable call recording for

  4. From the Basic info sidebar, turn the toggle switch ON (green) for Record call flow

  5. Select Save

  6. Select Save call flow

Enabling call recording for call masking

  1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Settings

  2. Under Calls & Texts, select Call masking

  3. Expand the section for Record calls and select Record tech calls
