In this article, you will learn how to send files and images with estimates.

Workiz allows you to upload files and images to jobs, estimates, and invoices that you can send to your clients as standalone files or as part of an estimate or invoice.

Tip: With the custom fields add-on, you can make attachments a requirement for all or specific jobs in Workiz. You can also automatically include those custom fields on invoices and estimates.

How to send attachments with estimates

Tip: In order to include attachments to your estimate, you will first need to upload them to the estimate itself or the relevant job. To learn more about uploading attachments to a job, please see this article.

  1. From the sidebar navigation, select Estimates

  2. Select the estimate you want to add attachments to

  3. Scroll down past the line items and choose all of the files you want to include with this invoice

    Tip: If you don’t have any attachments yet, you can add new ones by selecting Upload.

    You can only upload image files using this feature. If you would like to send text-based documents, please ensure it is a PDF file.

  4. Scroll back to the top of the page and select Send
