In this article, you will learn how to send files and images with invoices using the Workiz mobile app.
Workiz allows you to upload files and images to jobs, estimates, and invoices that you can send to your clients as standalone files or as part of an estimate or invoice.
Tip: The custom fields add-on in Workiz takes files and images to the next level, allowing you to make attachments a requirement for all or specific jobs. You can also automatically include those custom fields on invoices and estimates.

Sending files with an invoice
In order to send files and images with an invoice, you will need to upload images to the job or invoice first. To learn more about uploading images to a job, please see this article.
From the mobile app, select the menu icon > Invoices
Select the invoice you want to add attachments to
Select Attachments to expand the list of attachments and select Attach for all of files you want to include on this invoice
Tip: You can also upload more attachments by selecting the + icon next to attachments.
You can only upload image files using this feature. If you would like to send text-based documents, please ensure it is a PDF file.
Select the kebab menu (three dots) icon > Send invoice
Complete the Send invoice # fields and select Send
