In this article, you will learn how to create call groups in Workiz.

Call groups are a great way to forward calls to multiple devices or users on your Workiz account. Call groups are designed to be used with call flows, which allow you to create voice menus or call queues and ensure that your clients can easily and consistently reach the right person or department. Creating a call group

  1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Settings

  2. Under Calls & Texts, select Call Groups

  3. Select Create a Group

  4. Complete the Add group fields:

    1. Group name: Enter name for the group you are creating

    2. Members in group: Choose all of the team members you want to include in this call group

    3. Select Save
