IMPORTANT: We recently made the switch to a new version of Workiz Pay that now uses Stripe technology. Support for the old Workiz Pay via WePay will end over the next couple of months. Existing customers using Workiz Pay via WePay will need to migrate their accounts to the new Workiz Pay.

The new Workiz Pay is faster, offers improved customer support, gives you enhanced control over your online payments, and enables us to offer modern payment capabilities.

Getting set up with the new Workiz Pay is quick and easy. Existing customers will still be able to collect payments using Workiz Pay via WePay until their account is fully migrated.

In this article, you will learn how to link your bank account to your Workiz account to enable Workiz Pay.

Workiz Pay is Workiz’s solution that allows you to collect online payments while out on the field. To learn more about Workiz Pay, please see this article.

Before you can begin collecting online payments using Workiz Pay, you’ll need to set up your Workiz Pay account first.

Setting up your Workiz Pay account involves two simple steps:

  1. Connecting your bank account

  2. Verifying your identity

Here, we will focus on how to connect your bank account. Connecting your bank account will ensure that all of the payments you receive through Workiz Pay will be deposited into your business bank account.

Connecting your bank account

  1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Settings

  2. Under Integrations, select Online Payments

  3. Next to Connect your bank account, select Connect

  4. Complete the Bank information fields:

    1. Routing number: Enter the routing number associated with your business bank account


      Tip: This number can be found on the bottom-left side of your business checks. You can also find this number in the account settings of your bank account online.


    2. Account number: Enter the account number associated with your business bank account


      Tip: This number can be found to the right of the routing number on your business checks. You can also find this number in the account settings of your bank account online.


    3. Retype account number: Re-enter the account number associated with your business bank account.

    4. Select Connect bank
